Аннотация

This article highlights aspects that investigators should pay attention to when conducting certain investigative actions in cases of arbitrariness crimes. In particular, it addresses the specifics of recording interrogations, searches, seizures, and obtaining presented items in cases of arbitrariness crimes. The article outlines aspects that should be considered during the interrogation of the accused, victim, and witnesses in a crime of arbitrariness, as well as issues that investigators should focus on when obtaining objects and documents.
