SOME COMMENTS ON IMPROVING THE SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE PROBATION SERVICE ACTIVITIES

This article is devoted to the issues of improving the scientific and theoretical aspects of the probation service. The role of scientific research in the conceptual foundations, methodology, and practical application of the probation service is considered. The article focuses on the reintegration of offenders into society, reducing recidivism, and applying the principles of humanistic justice. Also, ways to increase the effectiveness of the probation service through the use of modern technologies, cooperation with civil society, and the study of international experience will be analyzed. The goal is to strengthen the scientific and theoretical foundations of the probation service and make proposals for improving its practical activities.
