Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the mechanism for the execution of administrative penalties for deprivation of special rights in the Republic of Uzbekistan and ways to improve it. The legal basis of punishment, problems in the execution process, and their causes are considered. Based on the experience of foreign countries, proposals have been developed for modernizing the executive mechanism through digitalization, transparency, and advanced training of employees. The article emphasizes the stages of implementing reforms and their compliance with the interests of citizens and the state.
