Natural resources found in nature in the form of minerals are called mineral resources (resources). Currently, more than 200 types of mineral resources are used for economic needs. In practice, mineral resources contain almost all the elements in D. I. Mendeleev's periodic table of chemical elements, and they lie underground in the form of minerals. Man has been using available resources since time immemorial. With the passage of time, the type and volume of mineral resources used has increased.
