Abstract

Writing is a technical skill that is used to communicate effectively through the written word. It includes grammar, vocabulary, spelling, sentence construction, structure, research and accuracy, clarity, and persuasiveness. Being able to write well is a form of effective communication, which employers seek in job candidates.
