It examines legislative measures, institutional protection mechanisms, and prevention strategies from countries such as Australia, Spain, Canada, Turkey, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, and India, including protection orders, awareness campaigns, mobile applications, and electronic monitoring. The study also reviews current initiatives in Uzbekistan such as protective orders, rehabilitation centers, and civil society involvement. The article concludes with evidence-based recommendations for the gradual integration of international approaches aligned with national cultural and legal contexts.
