This article examines the essence of family-legal liability, as well as the specifics of its implementation in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes legal norms governing liability within family legal relations, including the responsibilities of spouses, parents and children. It also examines the mechanisms for bringing to justice for violation of family responsibilities. The work is based on the analysis of legislation and law enforcement practice.
