Abstract

This article provides a practical analysis of legal acts aimed at preventing the dissemination of extremist ideas on the Internet. It also examines the problems encountered in the prevention and counteraction of such types of crimes, identifies contradictions within certain legal norms, and analyzes specific shortcomings in criminal and related legislation. Furthermore, the article presents proposals and recommendations for amendments and additions to national legislation, as well as for the application of legal norms in judicial and investigative practice.
