HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR RECRUITING PERSONNEL IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

This article discusses the procedure for recruiting personnel to work (serve) in the internal affairs bodies, training, retraining and professional development of personnel, as well as rules of professional conduct and service discipline. It also covers the protection of citizens' rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, maintenance of public order, ensuring the security of individuals, society and the state, and prevention of offenses as the main duties of employees.
