Solving theoretical and practical problems of investments is of great importance not only for the development of material production, but also for the development of the intangible sector, including tourism. Because the tourism sector is an important factor in the effective use of the rich historical and cultural potential of the country's national economy, its individual regions, a multiplier that multiplies their positive effect several times. The author analyzed theoretical approaches to the role and economic content of investments in the innovative development of tourism in the article.
