HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CRIME OF BRIBER

This article analyzes the historical formation of bribery and its long-standing threat to society. It examines the existence of bribery not only in our country but also in other ancient states. The periods of historical development of accountability for bribery are also studied.
