This article analyzes the emergence of the Institute of jurisprudence in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the processes of development, the strengthening of legal norms related to this institution in the newly adopted Constitution, as well as the issue of reforms envisaged in the future. The author made extensive use of the comparative-historical method of legal research when writing the article. The paper also used the legal analysis method extensively. Scientific views are put forward in the article, and the authors of scientific views are widely introduced into the bilab debate. In the article, the author cites his proposals and conclusions on the issue of further development of the Advocacy institution in Uzbekistan as a result of the analysis.
